Monochromatic

Outfit Details: Blouse - Urban Wear  Skirt, Heels, and Bag - Target  Jewelry - F21

Sometimes, you just need a monochromatic look, you know?  Ha, I actually wore this outfit the Sunday before St. Patrick's Day! Therefor everyone thought I was just getting in the Green Spirit! I suppose that is partially true, but I honestly just liked the idea of wearing a separate skirt and shirt in the exact same shade!  I don't have many pieces that I can do this with, but I definitely want to try this concept again sometime, because there is something oddly fun about it.

Pull It Off

Outfit Details : Long cardigan - Tillys  V neck - Target  Jeans - American Eagle Cheetah flats - Target

I had always wanted one of these cool, long cardigans! They are seriously so much fun. However, I would always think to myself, "I don't think I can pull that off." How often do all of us do that?  Maybe I am wrong, but I don't believe in the notion! Okay, okay, maybe that is a bit extreme.  We all have our personal taste and style and it really is great to stick to that.  But girl, give yourself a little more credit!  If you like something, wear it.  Own it. Work it.  And you will look amazing!  Too often, I get compliments on some of the different items that I wear, followed with a "I wish I could pull that off!" I love the nice compliment, but it always leaves me unsettled.  Because I am sure that that person COULD pull off whatever I was wearing. I know not everything will look amazing on every body.  But at the same time, sometimes I truly think that it is all in your attitude.  "Fake it till you make it," right?! Try something new, something you "can't pull off" but pretend like you can.  AND WATCH YOURSELF TOTALLY PULL IT OFF!!!

I'm baaaack

Hello, blogging world! It's been awhile, hasn't it?  Well, I am very happy to be back!  I am excited to announce my new blog name! My previous blog name, Manda Hun, just wasn't cutting it for me. I just never really loved it.  After much deliberation and hard thinking (6 months worth, actually), I have finally found  a name that I am happier with! Drum roll please..................

Seamlessly Sweet

I love this name! It just rolls off the tongue, don't you think? I love the little clothing tie-in with the "seam" reference! I also think that this name is a pretty good reflection on my personality and style.  If I had to, I would probably describe my style as "sweet" "feminine" and "classic" and so the name works with that! I think this one is a keeper!

Well, I am going to be playing catch up for a few posts with pictures I had taken throughout the past few months.  These old posts make me nostalgic for my dark hair!  You'll soon notice my hair is much lighter now (I am trying to get back to my natural hair color).  I still can't decide what I like better.  Time will tell, perhaps?
